Diana and Donte were born and raised in Trinidad, where neither of them were strangers to struggle. From food insecurity to unstable homes, they have seen and experienced it all.
These early challenges fostered a deep empathy for families in need and fuelled their lifelong mission:
To ensure that no child or family in their community goes without support.
Together they founded Diana Donte Voices of the Village Foundation to transform compassion into action and help build a stronger, more supported community for all.

We strive to create safe spaces where individuals — especially youth, families and marginalized groups — can be heard, supported, and uplifted through community actions.

Empowerment through opportunity
Diana Dante Voices of the Village Foundation is a grassroots organization founded on the belief that true change begins with compassion, connection and collective action.
We are a growing community of advocates, leaders, volunteers and everyday people who believe in lifting others up, especially those whose voices have gone unheard for too long.
Our work is driven by the understanding that it truly takes a village to support healing, empowerment and lasting transformation.
We serve individuals and families navigating challenges such as poverty and other systemic barriers and we aim to provide not just resources, but a sense of belonging, through community engagement.
